　　活動時間：

英文辯論賽流程2篇

　　20xx年3月21日~25日：報名

　　20xx年3月28日~31日：初賽 Round 1(16進8，每天兩場比賽同時進行)

　　20xx年4月5日~6日：復賽 Round 2(8進4，每天兩場比賽同時進行)

　　20xx年4月11日：半決賽 Simi-final(4進2，兩場比賽同時進行)

　　20xx年4月14日：決賽 Final(冠亞軍決賽+半決賽落敗兩隊決出三、四名)

　　活動地點：

　　初賽～半決賽：國際學院一層答疑室(比賽日每晚7:00～8:00)

　　總決賽：國際學院一層報告廳(比賽日晚7:00～8:30)

　　參賽方式

　　大一新生每班各至少派出兩名同學組成一組，共12組。另備有8個自由報名名額，自由報名的同學可自愿或隨機分為兩人一組參賽。自由報名名額有限，報滿為止。共計16組選手。

　　比賽流程

　　選手及裁判在通知的時間或之前到達比賽場地，如因特殊原因不能參加，應提前告知負責人，在征得對手以及負責人的.同意后可商議補賽時間。在比賽開始15分鐘后仍未到達的隊伍，視為棄權(quán)，對手直接晉級;

　　比賽于19:00正式開始。主持人介紹規(guī)則，工作人員請選手抽簽決定正反方，請評委代表抽簽決定本場題目。主持人宣布題目并開始15分鐘倒計時，選手利用此15分鐘進行準備，期間可以與隊友自由討論。15分鐘計時停止后，選手關閉通訊設備，主持人宣布比賽開始。

　　第一輪：正方一辯，反方一辯，正方二辯，反方二辯按順序分別陳述觀點，每人限時3分鐘;

　　第二輪：雙方輪流攻辯，每隊各有7分鐘的自由發(fā)言時間，由正方開始發(fā)言。期間可以補充之前的觀點或向?qū)Ψ教釂枺瑢Ψ揭嗫梢跃芙^回答，每隊剩1分鐘時提示一次。當一隊時間用盡則進入下一輪;

　　第三輪：雙方各派一名代表總結(jié)陳詞，限時3分鐘(剩半分鐘時提示一次);

　　總結(jié)陳詞完畢后，選手需離開比賽場地，由評委商議比賽結(jié)果;

　　結(jié)果商議完畢后，選手回到各自場地，評委可決定是否進行點評，點評完畢后主持人宣布比賽結(jié)果，本場比賽結(jié)束。

　　比賽規(guī)則

　　初賽：根據(jù)短信報名順序決定初賽分組，選手于比賽當日通過抽簽決定正反方及辯題;

　　復賽：初賽勝出的各組選手在比賽結(jié)束后通過抽簽決定復賽對手;選手于比賽當日通過抽簽決定正反方及辯題;

　　半決賽：復賽勝出的選手在比賽結(jié)束后通過抽簽決定半決賽對手，選手于比賽當日通過抽簽決定正反方及辯題;半決賽勝出的兩隊進入總決賽，落敗的兩隊進入三、四名爭奪戰(zhàn);

　　決賽當日選手通過抽簽決定正反方及辯題;先進行三、四名爭奪戰(zhàn)，再進行總決賽，最后進行頒獎典禮;

　　初賽及復賽的評委由大二學生、輔導員擔任，半決賽及決賽中的評委由外教擔任，評委組人數(shù)始終為單數(shù)。比賽采用評委評議決定勝負的辦法，裁決結(jié)果由評委組決定，最終解釋權(quán)由學實部所有。

　　比賽要求

　　1. 嚴格遵守規(guī)定時間，不得超時;

　　2. 必須全程使用英文辯論;

　　3. 文明比賽，不得對對手言語過激或進行人身攻擊。
