知識產權保護與我國科技企業的發展

摘    要

進入知識經濟時代，各國都更加重視知識產權的利用和保護，在國家政策和法律制度的推動下，科技企業的發展離不開知識產權的保護已經成為1種趨勢，我國企業對自主研發科技成果的知識產權享有了所有權，如何更高效地將這些知識產權轉化為經濟力量成為了擺在我們面前的問題，本文從介紹賦予企業中科學技術知識產權保護的必要性出發，試圖挖掘保護企業技術的本質和誘因，明晰企業知識產權的社會經濟的角色定位，探索知識產權與我國科技企業發展的方向。
