由湖南益陽農村音樂教育引起的思考

摘 要
隨著基礎教育改革的深入發展,學校音樂教育受到越來越多人的重視。在地域遼闊的廣大農村地區,絕大多數地方的學校音樂教育未得到應有的重視與發展。我國農村人口占全國總人數的80%,如何提高農村中小學音樂教育是很值得探討的1個問題。
本論文通過對湖南益陽農村中小學音樂教育現狀,及其存在問題的原因進行了分析。主要從更新教育觀念,全面實施素質教育;充實教師隊伍,提高師資水平;加大音樂經費投入,充分利用有利條件,改善辦學條件;提高音樂教師自身素質4個方面進行全面的分析。并提出了1些改革的具體措施。

ABSTRACT
With the deep development of basic education innovation, people pay more attention to the school music education. However, in the far-flung country area, the music education in many country schools cannot gain enough recognition and evolution. The rural population share 80 percent of the national one, it deserves further research for how to enhance the music education for the rural schools.
This essay has made a detailed analysis for the present situation and the reasons of the country music educations existent problems. It not only analyzes from the following four aspects but also put forward some particular improving counter-measurements: 1.updating the education concept and implementing diathesis education all-around; 2.enriching the teacher team and advancing its quality; 3.increasing the music education devotion and utilizing the favorable conditions to improve educational environment; 4.enhancing the music teachers integrated abilities.
