碩博研究生談醫學SCI論文撰寫要點
五年的碩博研究生涯即將結束，最近正在整理畢業論文以及這幾年撰寫SCI醫學論文的一些心得，在此與大家一起交流，分享。
ABSTRACT
通常包括：研究背景/研究目標，研究方法，主要結果，簡要結論。
摘要一般包括以下幾點：
Background/Aims: What is the major problem that prompted the study?
Methods: How was the study performed?
Results: Most important findings?
Conclusion: Most important conclusion?
INTRODUCTION
好的introduction通常包括三部分內容：
1. 介紹研究課題;
2. 陳述對于該課題的主要研究背景;
3. 解釋你對該課題研究的特殊貢獻。
METHODS
SCI醫學論文中寫好這部分的關鍵在于把握好“度”，即提供恰到好處的細節，避免過于簡單或繁瑣。衡量的標準是看你所提供的細節是否足以讓感興趣的專業讀者重復你的實驗方法。
RESULTS
在Results部分只需要如實匯報結果或數據即可，無需加入自己的解釋，讓結果和數據來表達研究結論。
先打好提綱，(包括體內，體外)， To investigate…, 我們怎么做，得到了什么結果，(絕對不能寫結論中的語氣，比如xx誘導xx的表達。。。)統計分析的結果要描述，要符合邏輯。
DISCUSSION
Discussion是論文的精髓所在，也是最難寫的部分，討論部分是對結果的解釋而不是對結果的概括。在此建議大家按照如下結構來寫討論部分：
The discussion should deal with the interpretation of the results and nor recapitulate them. We encourage authors to write thEir discussion in a structured way, as follows:
1. statement of principal findings;
2. strengths and weaknesses of the study;
3. strengths and weaknesses in relation to other studies;
4. discussion of important differences in results; meaning of the study;
5. unanswered questions and future research.
CONCLUSIONS
Conclusions實際上就是把Results和Discussion的精要部分進行總結。結論可以分點陳述，簡要概括，達到“豹尾”的效果。
