Abstracts：Currently, the value of the supply chain has been recognized by most of Chinese enterprises, most companies regarded it as the core objective of business development. The members in the chain of supply network shared resources and interests, mutual trust, which gains great advantage for them in their trades and market. In order to make good use of resources , create greater profits for shareholders , meet the better needs of users, The emphases of the management of supply chain should transfer to the supply chain optimization (SCO) from the improvement of products and services. The development direction of supply chain management will focus on the optimization of the external structure, cooperation of the members, transformation of the traditional netwrok structures.Supply chain optimization has become the core issues of development. As a combination of supply chain and e-commerce, the e-supply chain made SCO completed.supply chain management study in china has just started. In the past,domestic enterprises focused the electronics supply chain mainly on suppliers ,which is only a small section of the supply chain,the contents of the study are mainly restricted to the choice of provider and positioning, lower costs, quality control,guarantee the continuity and economic issues for electronic supply chain ,not considered as a whole process from suppliers, distributors, retailers to end-users .the study also did not consider the strategic issues for electronic supply chain management .Therefore, we can say that in our country there is no real sense of the electronics supply chain, electronic supply chain management research and application are very inadequate.It is also faced with problems and obstacles including the limitations of the electronics supply chain research, the incorrect evaluation for electronics supply chain and the poor match for e-business enterprise organizations. This paper used the Porter value chain optimization theory, the theory of performance evaluation for supply ,discussed the optimization of the electronics supply chain on matching relevant facts between electronic technology and enterprise organizational characteristics, how to give the performance evaluation for electronics supply chain, how to match the organizational structure of enterprises with electronics , bring out the new tactic thinking for China's electronics supply development with final using the Porter five model and pest analysis .
