英語面試：What do you know about our company
英語面試主要考察兩個部分：英語口語能力和你做人的特質。外企會有專門的人力資源經理和你聊天，會問你關于人生、經歷、團隊合作、成功收獲、失敗教訓等一系列問題。這里和一般的技術類面試不同，不是考研你的技術能力，而是考驗你的語言能力及情商。所以事先要預測個人特質、未來企劃等知識點，并給出了詳細的參考答案。

What do you know about our company?
(你應事先做一番調查，選出該公司的兩三個正面因素，比如近年來的發展(growth in recent years)，市場份額的增長(increasing market share)，突破性創新(innovative breakthroughs)等，然后還可以加上下面這一點：)
Most important, I’ve heard that ___________________ (name of company) offers a challenging work environment that expects a great deal from people and gives them the opportunity to realize their potential. Thats what I look for in an employer—an active, creative environment where I am limited only by my capabilities and where positive results are acknowledged.

Give 2 C 3 pieces of information you know about the company, which are appeal to customers and candidates.
說出2到3條你對這個公司的了解。內容要是客戶及公司求職者感興趣的。
Give out your skills, abilities, experiences and knowledge which can be suitable and developed.
說出自己適應公司需要或者潛在的技能，能力，經驗和知識。
Ask questions about the company, such as advantages compared to the opponent firms; career development opportunity, company’s ability to expand etc.

Some contents you can mention include: products and services, sales compared in the industry, brand, management, history and culture of the company.
你可以提到以下內容：公司的產品和服務，與同行業相比銷售情況，企業品牌、管理、歷史和文化。
Show your knowledge but do not prove that you know everything. Give the information to show your recent learning efforts.
展示自己的知識，但不要讓別人覺得自己全部了解。展示自己最新學習能力。
Do not give personal comments such as: I think the CEO is well-known for dressing fashionably; or the boss of the company is a powerful person….
不要做過多個人主觀性評論，例如，我認為執行總裁的穿著很時尚，或公司的老板是個很強勢的人，等。
Include active information about your research; Don’t be passive, for example: The receptionist said that the company is well-known for…
談話內容要積極展示自己的研究。不可以消極，例如，接待員說本公司以某某方面而著名，等等。
