Correspondances from business offices depend so thoroughly on the nature of the concern that little need be said except that they be clear, concise and to the point.
If you know exactly what you want to say and give considerable thought to the initial statement of your most important point you cannot go far astray. And when you have said what you intended to say, stop. A meandering last paragraph can destroy the entire letter.
業(yè)務(wù)辦公室的往來(lái)信件除內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)明扼要, 主體鮮明外, 不要夾帶無(wú)關(guān)內(nèi)容。如果您十分清楚所要表達(dá)的'事, 也需充分地考慮您所表達(dá)重點(diǎn)的開(kāi)場(chǎng)白, 以避免走題。一旦敘述過(guò)的事情, 就不必再重復(fù)。往往最后一段重復(fù)原有內(nèi)容會(huì)破壞整篇信的效果。
