　　答：一旦在線運營的列車發生某些故障就需要退離正線運營，如繼續承擔載客運營將可能發生一定的安全風險，此時必須要采取清客措施。因此，當列車無法承擔運行任務，需要清空列車退離正線時，請乘客自覺配合地鐵工作管理方的工作，及時下車，確保后續列車的進站。這才能最大限度降低故障對運營的影響，保障乘客搭載后續列車順利到達目的地。
