GRE Issue寫(xiě)作的技巧
拆分法
分析題目極為有效的一種手段，其基本原理就是面對(duì)一個(gè)云山霧罩的抽象的大的概念，將其一分為二或者一分為多進(jìn)行分別討論。
解析法
通過(guò)對(duì)題目主體的需求進(jìn)行分析，從而找到支持論證的有說(shuō)服力的理由與典型的論據(jù)。主體需求，可以是個(gè)人，教育，社會(huì)，政府與文化發(fā)展等方面的需求。
正反法
對(duì)題目的主張或者結(jié)論分成兩面分析。沒(méi)有絕對(duì)對(duì)錯(cuò)，哪邊理由與例證多我們走哪邊。也可寫(xiě)成讓步式或者對(duì)照式兩面論證。
比較法
適用于題干中兩個(gè)對(duì)等概念的.比較。
這四種解題辦法可以交替結(jié)合使用，我們一起來(lái)看一下典型的例子：
例子："Students should bring a certain skepticism to whatever they study.They should question what they are taught instead of accepting it passively."
相信這個(gè)題會(huì)比較簡(jiǎn)單。大的概念是Study是否需要質(zhì)疑，要看學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容。
1.如果是Well established principles and theories，就別質(zhì)疑爭(zhēng)議了吧?各專(zhuān)業(yè)的同學(xué)可以列舉出一堆這樣的內(nèi)容。
2.如果是Controversial issues，就質(zhì)疑爭(zhēng)議好了。找你最有話可說(shuō)的領(lǐng)域爭(zhēng)議一番。
最好寫(xiě)的可質(zhì)疑爭(zhēng)議內(nèi)容包括：Stem cell research，abortion，same sex marriage，nuclear power 等。

Issue
"Humanity has made little real progress over the past century or so. Technological innovations have taken place, but the overall condition of humanity is no better. War, violence and poverty are still with us. Technology cannot change the condition of humanity."
Sample Essay
The discussion of this statement turns on what is meant by "little real progress" from the first sentence, "the overall condition of humanity" in the second sentence, and "the condition of humanity" from the third sentence. To be sure, war, violence and poverty are still with us and we as mankind are probably more aware of these problems worldwide than ever before thanks to advances in technology and communication. But depending upon the definition of progress and the condition of humanity, this would appear to be an incorrect statement.
First of all, the phrase "little real progress" from the first sentence must be defined. If the author defines progress as elimination of death, war, violence and poverty, then perhaps it could be stated that humankind has not made much improvement over the past one hundred years. People are still dying, wars are still being fought, violence is present almost everywhere and there are most likely people in every country in the world living in poverty.
However, if the term "progress" is defined not as elimination of these problems but rather a reduction in them, then great progress has been made over the past century. Life expectancies are up in nearly every country of the world due to improvements in medicine and the scientific study of the human body. War and violence, although still present, has been reduced and to a large part confined to certain areas of the world rather than the global wars of the past such was World Wars I and II. Poverty has also been reduced as international trade has lead to economic improvements in many formerly impoverished nations. Very real progress has been made in these areas over the past one hundred years.
