第一部分：傳統(tǒng)面試問題(Sample Traditional Interview Questions)
1、What can you tell me about yourself?(關(guān)于你自己，你能告訴我些什么?)
這一問題如果面試沒有安排自我介紹的時(shí)間的話。這是一個(gè)必問的問題。考官并不希望你大談你的個(gè)人歷史，他是在尋找有關(guān)你性格、資歷、志向和生活動力的線索，來判斷你是否適合讀研或者 MBA。下面是一個(gè)積極正面回答的好例子：

In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me, it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. I’m very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best.
2、 What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?(在畢業(yè)以后5年內(nèi)你想做些什么?)
你要清楚你實(shí)際上能勝任什么。你可以事先和其他的前輩交流一番。問問他們在畢業(yè)后在公司的頭 5 年都做了些什么。可以這樣回答：“我希望能在我的職位上盡力做好工作，由于在同一領(lǐng)域工作的許多人都被提為區(qū)域負(fù)責(zé)人，所以我亦有此打算。”

3. What is your greatest strength?(你最突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么?)

4. What is your greatest weakness?(你最大的弱點(diǎn)是什么?)

八、面試結(jié)束時(shí)問題
在面試快結(jié)束的時(shí)候，一般考官都會問，你有沒有什么要問的。除非你是最后一個(gè)面試者，你明顯感到所有的考官都急切的想離開，一般不適合說“I don’t have any question.”可以問考官一兩個(gè)你關(guān)心的問題(Questions you should ask the recruiter)：
