英語閱讀：他決定去看看發(fā)生了什么
A blind man with a seeing eye dog at his side walks into a grocery store.
The man walks to the middle of the store, picks up the dog by the tail, and starts swinging the dog around in circles over his head.
The store manager, who has seen all this, thinks this is quite strange. So, he decides to find out what's going on. The store manager approaches the blind man swinging the dog and says, "Pardon me. May I help you with something."
The blind man says, "No thanks. I'm just looking around."
一個(gè)盲人帶著導(dǎo)盲犬走進(jìn)了一家雜貨店的盲人。他走到店的中間，拿起狗的尾巴，狗開始擺在他頭上轉(zhuǎn)圈。這家商店的經(jīng)理，他已經(jīng)看到了這一切，覺得很奇怪。因此，他決定去看看發(fā)生了什么。商店經(jīng)理走近盲人說，“請?jiān)徫摇Ｎ夷軒湍阕鲂┦裁础！毕棺诱f，“不用謝。我只是隨便看看。”

Waiter, there is a fly in my soup!
Sorry sir, maybe I've forgotten it when I removed the other three.
服務(wù)員,湯里有只死蒼蠅!
是的,先生,是開水殺死了它們。

Waiter, there's a fly in my soup!
Its OK, Sir, there's no extra charge!

Waiter, there's a fly in my soup!
No sir, that's a cockroach, the fly is on your steak.

你想讓它再掉地上嗎?
A waiter brings the customer the steak he ordered with his thumb over the meat.
“Are you crazy?” yelled the customer, “with your hand on my steak?”
“What ”answers the waiter, “You want it to fall on the floor again? ”
一個(gè)服務(wù)員給顧客拿來了牛排,大拇指在牛肉上。
“你瘋了嗎?”顧客喊到,“你的手在我的牛排上!”
“什么?”服務(wù)員說,“你想讓它再掉地上嗎?”
他在這里呆了整整兩年。
An employment office was checking on an applicant’s list of references.“How long did this man work for you?” a former employer was asked.
“About four hours,” was the quickly reply.
“Why,he told us he’d been there a long time,” said the caller.
“Oh,yes,” answered the ex-employer,“He’s been here two years.”
一家公司的人事部門正在核查一份求職函的真實(shí)性,工作人員找到了函中提到的舊雇主,并問他:“這個(gè)人為你工作了多久?”
舊雇主馬上回答:“大約四個(gè)鐘頭。”
工作人員有些吃驚,“什么?他說在你這里好久的。”
舊雇主說:“哼,不錯(cuò),他在這里呆了整整兩年。”
