　　responsibilities:

　　1. assist clients to formulate ecrm strategy and carry out effective proposal， plan the development of corporate clients;

　　3. coordinate the resources of all parties and fully manage the project planning and implementation so as to ensure the progress and quality control of the project;

　　1. 協助客戶制定ecrm策略并落實有效方案，規劃企業客戶發展

　　2. 合理制定項目階段性目標和總體控制方案，明確劃分工作內容，確定階段性目標的實現情況，并根據各種變化及時調整項目計劃

　　3. 協調各方資源，全面管理項目規劃和實施工作，確保項目進展和質量控制

　　4. 管理項目規劃和實施，控制項目過程，有效監控和協調項目實施

　　5. fully understand ecrm and tmall crm mechanism

　　6. understand how to leverage tmall tools and ali data eco-system (data bank， uni-crm，會員通，etc.)

　　7. sense of crm， customer engagement and can leverage digitalization to retain customers

　　8. beauty industry experience is a plus
