　　一、負(fù)責(zé)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門制造組對新報模具的設(shè)計、制造及整理工作；

　　三、對本科室人員進(jìn)行工作指導(dǎo)、考核、培訓(xùn)和任免的'責(zé)任；

　　四、組織現(xiàn)場管理，推行5s及本科室的設(shè)備保養(yǎng)等事項。

　　負(fù)責(zé)模具總體設(shè)計,指導(dǎo)組員進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計,對模具進(jìn)行評審,做dfm

　　任職要求:

　　1)5年以上模具設(shè)計或模具評審相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,大專以上學(xué)歷,模具或機械類相關(guān)專業(yè)

　　2)有一定的`英語基礎(chǔ),能夠進(jìn)行簡單的讀寫

　　3)對塑膠模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和制作流程非常清楚,能夠?qū)δ＞哌M(jìn)行評審和dfm

　　4)熟悉pro-e及辦公軟件

　　-assist center manager to manager the mold producing related operators, and be responsible in coaching and training the related operators

　　協(xié)助中心經(jīng)理管理模具涂層生產(chǎn)的關(guān)聯(lián)人員,并負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)、培訓(xùn)關(guān)聯(lián)人員

　　-technical and applications support to local sales team and other coating centers if necessary according to the manager`s requirement

　　為銷售部門或其他生產(chǎn)中心進(jìn)行技術(shù)及應(yīng)用支持

　　-supporting from china mold manager to build up an efficient and professional mold coating production team in dg center.

　　在所在中心構(gòu)建高效及專業(yè)的模具涂層團(tuán)隊

　　-solid technical support to the mold coating production in terms of the process, fixtures, equipment and tools, solving the production problems and customer complain with the guidance and support from china mold manager and mold supervisor.

　　崗位要求:

　　-bachelor degree or above, major in mold design/mental material/heat treatment or related.

　　本科學(xué)歷,材料、模具或熱處理相關(guān)專業(yè)

　　-more than 5 years working experience in molding related field

　　5年以上模具行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗

　　-knowledge in mold structure and machinery

　　了解模具構(gòu)造及機加工工藝

　　-fluent english both in written and oral

　　良好的英文聽說讀寫能力

　　-good communication skill and team cooperation spirit
