　　(1) 堅守工作崗位，嚴格執行鍋爐房的各項規章制度、精心操作，確保鍋爐的'安全運行。上崗人員應該對鍋爐的結構、性能和操作方法有深刻的了解并持司爐操作證，才能進行獨立操作。

　　(2)當班人員要嚴格遵守勞動紀律，不遲到、不早退、不做與工作無關的事，不得擅自離開工作崗位、不得違章操作。

　　(3)在工作時間內，司爐工應集中思想，注意儀表，負責進行起火、停爐、換水等操作，隨時注意控制臺工作儀表變化，監視壓力表、水位表，觀察鍋爐運行情況。出現問題及時報告處理，對安全器械保護裝置，煤斗、大小孔門、吸灰器及各擋板位置，認真進行檢查及維護鍋爐的保養工作。

　　(4)經常檢查崗位職責內的各項工作，及時發現問題，及時匯報并處理問題；重點注意鍋爐的運行情況,以及熱水的供給。

　　任職要求：

　　技能要求/專業水平：

　　1、熱能與動力工程、航空發動機等專業、碩士以上學歷優先；

　　2、具備航空發動機、微型燃氣輪機總體性能設計工作經驗者有限；

　　3、熟悉至少一種熱平衡設計工具；

　　4、具備熱能相關的編程和軟件開發能力。

　　薪資結構：月固定薪資+項目獎金

　　初級工程師固定薪資：起薪8000元/月，成績優異的一本本科應屆畢業生

　　中級工程師固定薪資：起薪15000元/月，須有三年以上項目經驗

　　高級工程師固定薪資：起薪25000元/月，至少五年以上項目研究經驗

　　preferred education &experience：

　　associates degree in mechanical & electrical engineering technology，hvac or related

　　2—3 years of related experience，experience in third party is a plus

　　practical knowledge of working with test and measurement instruments and equipment；worked in gas product such as bbq，gas heater，gas fire pit is priority。

　　ability to work independently and unsupervised，in a team—based work environment

　　must be able to read，interpret and develop engineering drawings and test data。

　　ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting promised delivery dates

　　must be team—oriented with good interpersonal skills and abilities to communicate effectively both orally and in writing，cet 4 or above。

　　must be self—motivated and client—service oriented

　　demonstrated systematic problem—solving ability

　　demonstrated ability to plan，organize，prioritize，follow—through and evaluate assigned functions and duties

　　computer proficiency in word processing，microsoft word，excel

　　use of various lab equipment，instruments and tools
