1、頁數：一兩頁即可，人事部門更喜歡簡練的“onepage簡歷”（一頁紙簡歷），有的學生的簡歷有五六頁，甚至做成寫真集，人事部門花大量的時間才能找到需要信息，效果反而不好。一般而言，一張內容簡練適當的個人履歷（有時還要一份英文版），一封求職目標意向明確的求職信是比較基本的配置。
