求職信是有目的地針對(duì)不同用人單位的一種書面自我介紹，通常一頁(yè)長(zhǎng)，書寫一般以商業(yè)格式為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，分開頭，中間和結(jié)尾三部分。首尾部份應(yīng)注意禮貌，通常信的開始要先做自我介紹.
一、求職信的格式、用詞和禮節(jié)
求職信是有目的地針對(duì)不同用人單位的一種書面自我介紹，通常一頁(yè)長(zhǎng)，書寫一般以商業(yè)格式為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，分開頭，中間和結(jié)尾三部分。首尾部份應(yīng)注意禮貌，通常信的開始要先做自我介紹，如：姓名、學(xué)校、所學(xué)專業(yè)等。中間部分是正文，是求職信的核心，形式多種多樣，一般為自我條件展示、工作展望等內(nèi)容。先是你寫求職信的目的是什么，目標(biāo)是什么?是想獲得一個(gè)什么樣的具體的職務(wù);其次寫自己對(duì)從事此工作感興趣的原因、愿意到該單位工作的愿望和自己具有的資格;接著寫出或推銷出你的優(yōu)勢(shì)或長(zhǎng)處，即你的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力;然后談你為什么想為此機(jī)構(gòu)或公司服務(wù)? 你對(duì)他們的了解有多少?關(guān)于他們的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)、任務(wù)、企業(yè)文化、目標(biāo)、宗旨等一切與你自己的背景、價(jià)值觀和目標(biāo)相關(guān)聯(lián)的東西。在結(jié)尾處建議下一步的行動(dòng)，聯(lián)絡(luò)地點(diǎn)、聯(lián)絡(luò)方式，以及最后的感謝語(yǔ)等。這三部分的內(nèi)容一般占三或四段，可以發(fā)揮創(chuàng)意的空間非常的大，不必死守規(guī)則，可靈活運(yùn)用。求職信應(yīng)與履歷分開，有話則長(zhǎng)，無話則短，沒有必要把簡(jiǎn)歷的內(nèi)容重復(fù)一遍。英文求職信的模式與中文求職信格式相同。
二、禮貌的開頭結(jié)尾
(一) 開頭語(yǔ)
1. In reply to your advertisement in Beijing Youth Daily of December 25, I respectfully offer my services for the situation.
貴公司12月25日在《北京青年報(bào)》刊登招聘廣告，本人特備此函應(yīng)征該職位。
2. Having heard that the situation of salesman in your company is vacant. I wish to offer my services for it.
據(jù)悉貴公司推銷員一職出缺，特備函應(yīng)征。
3. I have been told by Mr. John, Manager of the Business Book Publishing, with whom I believe you are acquainted, that you are expecting to make some additions to your company in September.
據(jù)商業(yè)圖書出版社經(jīng)理約翰先生稱，貴公司擬于今年九月份職員若干名，本人擬參加此等職務(wù)應(yīng)征。
4. So I must to say that I have long been hopeful of working for your hospital after graduation, I am sure that I have the privilege of serving in your hospital, I will greatly increase my experience and my education.

本人將于今年秋天大學(xué)畢業(yè)，現(xiàn)擬謀求與國(guó)際貿(mào)易有關(guān)的工作，我對(duì)貴公司的業(yè)務(wù)范圍較為熟悉，閣下也許能為我安排一份工作。
6. In reference to your advertisement in the newspaper for an accountant, I believe that I have the qualifications to fit your position.
閱讀日?qǐng)?bào)上貴公司的廣告，得悉貴公司招聘會(huì)計(jì)，我深信符合該項(xiàng)職務(wù)所列條件。
7. On looking over today's Economic Daily Times my attention was attracted by your advertisement for a senior clerk. Now as I am desirous of obtaining such a position, I should like to apply for it.
拜讀貴公司在今日經(jīng)濟(jì)日?qǐng)?bào)上所刊登的廣告，得悉貴公司欲招聘一位高級(jí)職員，本人現(xiàn)在正尋找這一類職位，特此修函應(yīng)征。
8. I have learned from the newspaper that there is a vacancy in your firm, and I wish to apply for the position.
從X報(bào)獲悉貴公司目前尚有空缺，故本人擬應(yīng)征。
9. I wish to apply for the position of editor advertised in the newspaper.
我擬應(yīng)征貴公司今日X報(bào)刊登招聘編輯一職的工作。
10. I wish to apply for the position advertised in the newspaper.
本人欲申請(qǐng)今日XX報(bào)上貴公司刊登的求才廣告所列職位，本人自信符合貴公司所要求的條件。
11. I have heard that perhaps you might need an executive secretary with considerable experience working with companies such as yours.
據(jù)悉貴公司有意招聘一名具有在類似公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的行政秘書，本人擬應(yīng)征。
12. I would like to apply for the position of secretary which you advertised in the newspaper of June 15.
本人擬應(yīng)征貴公司6月15日在XX報(bào)刊登招聘秘書一職。
13. I would like to inquire about the position of business manager that you advertised in the newspaper in September 5.
本人意欲應(yīng)征貴公司于9月5日在XX報(bào)上所刊登的招聘業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理一職。

今年七月本人即將從大學(xué)畢業(yè)，寫此信時(shí)，確實(shí)不知貴公司目前是否有空缺職位，但隨函附寄的資歷卻使我冒昧提出申請(qǐng)。
