一、表現(xiàn)個人特色
求職的信件要具個人特色、親切且能體現(xiàn)出專業(yè)水平。切不可過于隨意，也不能拘泥于格式——商業(yè)信函應(yīng)該是一種既正式、又非正式的文體。句子結(jié)構(gòu)和長度應(yīng)富于變化，使閱信人總保持興趣。內(nèi)容、語氣、用詞的選擇和對希望的表達(dá)要積極，應(yīng)該充分顯示出你是一個樂觀、有責(zé)任心、有創(chuàng)造力和通情達(dá)理的人。
二、表達(dá)簡潔
語言表達(dá)要簡潔明了，避免使用太多的專業(yè)術(shù)語和過分複雜的句子。一方面用人單位不會在一份簡歷 上花費太多的時間;另外一個方面，簡潔的語言表述也能體現(xiàn)出你珍惜他人的時間。
三、切忌全英文
一國企招聘負(fù)責(zé)人介紹說，有的求職者在自己的簡歷里，英文材料比中文材料多，其實只有該職位需要使用英語，用人單位才會注重應(yīng)聘者的外語水平及表達(dá)能力。了解應(yīng)聘單位基本情況，在簡歷中表現(xiàn)出自己對該單位親和、仰慕，也會使招聘負(fù)責(zé)人感興趣，增大求職的成功率。
四、表現(xiàn)能力
如果你是IT人才，在簡歷中詳細(xì)描述你的IT技能和項目經(jīng)驗是很重要的，當(dāng)你描述項目經(jīng)驗時，一定要特別將該項目的軟、硬件環(huán)境、開發(fā)工具寫清楚，并詳細(xì)描述你在該項目中的具體職責(zé)。如果你是高級人才，業(yè)績能充分證明你的能力和價值，請詳細(xì)描述你取得的業(yè)績的具體內(nèi)容。但是，不要說假話。

I am interested in applying for a position as a electronic engineer at CenturyCom. I found the position advertised at the placement office at Fudan University. I will graduate in June in electronical engineering and hope to start my career at that time. During the past four years I have had a good deal of academic experience in communication technology.
