我想借此機(jī)會(huì)推薦我自己能夠被轉(zhuǎn)到XX部門(mén)，我覺(jué)得我能勝任
我從xx年開(kāi)始進(jìn)入xx公司，最初我是一個(gè)技術(shù)員，然后在第二年被提升為team leader,在2007年又被提升為assistant supervisor，我想，這是對(duì)我工作的肯定和鼓勵(lì)。工作期間，我工作努力并且提供了很多好的建議去降低裝配時(shí)間以及增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品可靠性，解決了很多棘手的問(wèn)題，特別是在產(chǎn)品在中國(guó)生產(chǎn)之初，
除了我日常的工作外，我還為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師（FE)提供了大量的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支持和電話支持,這些讓我理解實(shí)踐了售后服務(wù)的方針，另一方面，我也在客戶(hù)服務(wù)中展示了我專(zhuān)業(yè)的技能，良好的態(tài)度和溝通技巧，我想這是作為一個(gè)服務(wù)人員所基本的要求。我有豐富的故障排除經(jīng)驗(yàn)，特別是在電氣方面。我非常熟悉AA機(jī)器的組裝和故障排除，對(duì)BB機(jī)器有基本的了解和操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。盡管我在BB機(jī)器的維修方面暫時(shí)還不精通，我想，通過(guò)培訓(xùn)它將不會(huì)花太長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間去精通，因?yàn)槲沂且粋�(gè)能快速學(xué)會(huì)且有斗志的人。我希望能繼續(xù)在XX公司服務(wù)，因?yàn)樗�是一個(gè)有著悠久歷史和良好企業(yè)文化的公司，更重要的是，我在XX公司一直完善我自己。

I have been working with XX since Aug.2003,   at the beginning I was working as a technician and then promoted To team leader the next year. In Jan.2007 I was promoted to assistant supervisor, I thought that it’s a recognition and encouragement to my job for me.
In the meantime I was working hard and provided good ideas to reduce the build time and enhance the reliability of products, solved a lot of intractable issues at especially the earlier production of XX in China.
Besides my routine I have been providing great amount of supports on site and via phone to FE’s and customers, this helped me to understand practise the course of service, on the other hand,I showed my professional skill in customer service,good attitude and communication skill. I think they were the basic requirements what a service person should have.
I have good experience in troubleshooting, especially in the electric field.
I’m familiar with AA in building and troubleshooting, having basic knowledge and operating experience in platform machine. although I’m now not good at BB service,but I think it could be mastered without too much of time through product training and with my effort, as I’m a quick learner and I’m aggressive . I hope to continue the service to XX Because of she is a good company with long history and good corporation culture. What the most important is I have been perfecting myself in XX
