2014英語面試情景對話案例

　　人物介紹： Cindy是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生，她成功通過校園招聘的筆試環(huán)節(jié)，來到夢寐以求的這家外企面試，這是她的第二輪面試，與人力資源部總監(jiān)Caroline的對話就此展開。

　　場景一：見面問好。

　　Caroline: Nice to meet you, Cindy. I’m Caroline,HRD of the company. Please have a seat.

　　Caroline: 很高興認(rèn)識你Cindy。我是人力資源總監(jiān)Caroline，請坐。

　　Cindy: Nice to meet you, Ms. Caroline.

　　Cindy: 你好Caroline女士。

　　場景二：測試應(yīng)聘者對公司的了解程度。

　　Caroline: From reviewing your resume, I can see that you performed excellently inschool.What I want to know is why you think you’re right for this job.

　　Caroline: 從你的簡歷，我可以看出你在校時很優(yōu)秀。我想知道為什么你認(rèn)為你適合這份工作。

　　Cindy: I am always interested in news coming from your industry, and I’m deeplyimpressedby your company’s sales performance. To have risen 200-percent in the domesticmarket overjust the past three years is an incredible feat. I also admire and agree with theemployeedevelopmental values that the company has adopted. I find that my personal goalsand ideasabout business operations fit perfectly with the companys goals and missionstatement.

　　Cindy: 我一直關(guān)注你們行業(yè)的新聞，公司在過去三年里中國市場的業(yè)績增長了兩倍，這給我留下了很深的印象。同時我也很喜歡貴公司培養(yǎng)員工的企業(yè)文化。我覺得我的個人發(fā)展目標(biāo)、商業(yè)理念和公司的目標(biāo)完全吻合。

　　Caroline: So you are well aware of our company. It appears that you have done yourfairshare of research.

　　Caroline: 你對我們公司很了解，看來你提前做了很多功課啊。

　　Cindy: Yes, in addition to judging whether I am the right fit for C&C, I believe that itsalsocrucial for me to know if this company is right for me. Ive been impressed by the serviceprovidedhere by everyone from the receptionist to the assistant. I am confident that I will havea veryrewarding and successful career here.

　　Cindy: 是的，除了判斷我是否符合C&C的要求外，了解公司是否適合我也很關(guān)鍵。從前臺到助理的接待都給我留下了深刻印象，我覺得我在這兒能開創(chuàng)有價值而且成功的事業(yè)。

　　場景三：團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。

　　Caroline: Commitment to the company and the team is very important to us here.

　　Caroline: 在我們這里，對公司以及團(tuán)隊(duì)的責(zé)任是非常重要的。

　　Cindy: I am very responsible. Whenever I have been assigned to complete a certain task,myteacher and classmates could always count on me to achieve the stated task. There is alsononeed to remind me of what I should do. I enjoy intermingling and doing things with others.

　　Cindy: 我很有責(zé)任心，如果讓我負(fù)責(zé)一件事，老師和同學(xué)們都會很放心。而且我用不著別人提醒我該做什么。我喜歡與人相處，以及和別人一起做事情。

　　案例二：

　　A: I see by your resume that you have been working? 從你的簡歷可以看出你一直在工作。

　　B: Yes, I have worked for two years with an American Company. 是的，我在一家美國公司工作過 2 年。

　　A: Tell me what you know about our company please. 請告訴我對于本公司你知道些什么?

　　B: Well, the company was founded in New York in 1950 by Mark Ward, who was the first president. It has 1 billion dollars in capital; it employs 5,000 people, and it is the largest company in its field in the States. 好的，1950 年 Mark Ward，公司首任董事長在紐約創(chuàng)立公司。資本額為 10 億美金，有 5,000 雇員, 是美國同行業(yè)中最大的企業(yè)。

　　A: What do you know about our major products and our share of the market? 關(guān)于本公司的產(chǎn)品和市場份額你知道些什么?

　　B: Your companys products are mostly marketed in Europe and the United States, but particularly has sold very well here in China. So I think in the future youll find China to be a profitable market as well. 貴公司的產(chǎn)品主要在歐洲、美國市場銷售，但是在中國市場的銷路非常好，所以我想你會發(fā)現(xiàn)中國也是一個容易賺錢的市場。

　　A: What made you decide to change your job? 你為什么決定換工作?

　　B: I would like to get a job in which I can further develop my career. 我想找一個工作進(jìn)一步發(fā)展自己的事業(yè)。

　　A: May I ask you why you left the former company? 可以問一下你為什么離開以前的公司?

　　B: Because I want to change my working environment and seek new challenges. 因?yàn)槲蚁霌Q一下工作環(huán) 境，迎接新的挑戰(zhàn)。
