　　1、面試基本注意事項

外企英文面試常見問題分享

　　姿勢：站，腰要挺直，雙肩自然放松，雙手自然下垂。坐：不要癱在椅子上，抬頭挺胸，平時對方。目光穩(wěn)定。不要有小動作，腿平放，手自然放在腿上。

　　細(xì)節(jié)：敲門、關(guān)門、握手。

　　談吐：千萬不能“吐痰”。自信、口齒清楚、音量、節(jié)奏、簡潔、條理、坦率

　　神態(tài)：自信、視線停留30-60秒、眼神、嘴巴、笑容

　　衣著：整潔、得體

　　2、英文面試題分析

　　英語中的問題一般分為兩種形式：close-ended questions 和 open-ended questions

　　前者只需要用一、兩個詞作答，而后者則需要進(jìn)一步的解釋和說明。一般來說面試當(dāng)中，為了避免談話陷入沉悶單調(diào)的氣氛當(dāng)中，考官一般是要將這兩種問題有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來。考生要準(zhǔn)確把握對方所問問題的性質(zhì)，給予其想要的回答，從而避免了對于只需要簡短回答的問題啰嗦個沒完，對于需要進(jìn)一步闡釋的問題卻回答得不夠。兩種情況都會給考官留下不好的印象。

　　一般來說兩種問題的引導(dǎo)詞有比較明顯的不同，請大家注意掌握：

　　Close-ended Open-ended Both

　　Are…?

　　Do…?

　　Who…?

　　When…?

　　Where…?

　　Which…? How…?

　　Why…?

　　In what way…?

　　Tell me about… What…?

　　【注意】

　　對于open-ended questions,在組織答案時，最好先用一句話或者一個短語將你要說的主要意思總結(jié)一下，這樣不僅可以再拖延一點時間，而且也有助于對方聽清楚你的答案，從而會比較容易留下思路清晰的好印象。

　　e.g. Interviewer: Why do you want to study for MBA?

　　Candidate: That’s a rather difficult question. There are two main reasons, I suppose.

　　如果考官對你的回答不甚滿意，你也許會聽到這樣的問題：

　　I wrod like to know some more about…

　　Could you tell me a bit more bout…?

　　Sorry to press you, but could you tell me…?

　　Sorry, I did not quite understand, could you tell me …?

　　I did not quite follow what you said about…

　　Meaning?

　　For example?

　　Then you?

　　Therefore?

　　Which means?

　　So then?

　　例如：

　　A: How did you happen to move here?

　　B: I like the climate better.

　　A: Better than…

　　B: Better than the polluted air of the city.

　　A: Which means…

　　B: Which means I can expect better overall health for myself.

　　沒聽懂對方在說什么怎么辦？

　　千萬不要往過蒙！！！

　　你可以：

　　承認(rèn)自己不知道答案：

　　e.g. I am sorry. I do not understand.

　　Sorry. I do not follow.

　　或者：

　　請對方重復(fù)問題：

　　e.g. I did not catch that. Would you mind repeating it?

　　Could you repeat the question, please?

　　再或者：

　　請對方為你澄清你沒有聽清楚的個別詞：

　　e.g. Sorry. I do not know what you mean by “Union Jack”

　　Would you mind explaining “Union Jack”?

　　3、常見英文面試問題回答

　　1）Tell me about how you handled a conflict situation you encountered

　　I sat down with the other person and asked him to discuss his issues with me. I then gave my side of the story

　　2）What motivates you?

　　A challenge and interesting work

　　3）Where do you plan to be in five years time?

　　Your company structure makes me hope I could become a staff engineer

　　4）What changes have you made in your life that you are most proud of?

　　I went back to college to study for my MBA

　　5）What are your salary requirements?

　　Salary is not my primary consideration but I do have to pay the bills, so I am open to any reasonable offer
