　　我們，下列簽署人：

　　We, the undersigned,

　　Chen [ ], female, born on [ ] (Date), residing at No. [ ], [ ] Rd [ ] City, [ ] Country.

　　Lee [ ] , female, born on [ ] (Date), residing at No. [ ], [ ] Rd [ ] City, [ ] Country.

　　我們是李明的`妻子和女兒。李明于[ ]年[ ]月[ ]日在[ ](地點)死亡。在[ ](地點)留有房產。現我們代表我們本人及李明未成年的兒子李小明委托[ ]律師事務所(地址：[ ])律師[ ](姓名)為我們的合法代理人。全權代表我們在[ ](地點)向有關當局辦理繼承上述遺產的一切事宜，領取李明的遺產執管證，并全權代表我們領取、執管、變賣和處理上述遺產。代理人所簽的一切有關文件，我們均予承認。
