在作為礦井地質(zhì)編錄、地質(zhì)勘察和礦山測量時，必須要通過大量實(shí)地實(shí)習(xí)才能確保工作質(zhì)量，學(xué)校正為我們建立了這樣的一個平臺。學(xué)校在巖芯鑒定、礦井地質(zhì)編錄、地質(zhì)勘察和礦山測量異常重視，要求每一個學(xué)生都要掌握這些基本的技能。我們所學(xué)的專業(yè)課程有：普通地質(zhì)學(xué)、礦物巖石學(xué)、測量學(xué)、古生物學(xué)、地史地層學(xué)、構(gòu)造地質(zhì)學(xué)、礦井地質(zhì)學(xué)、沉積巖與沉積相、水文地質(zhì)學(xué)、環(huán)境地質(zhì)學(xué)、礦床學(xué)以及礦圖等等。
具有相關(guān)實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗，可以迅速適應(yīng)繁瑣、枯燥的工作。實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷使我不會再像剛剛步出象牙塔的學(xué)生，對于自己的工作具有不切實(shí)際的幻想。相反，我會更安于自己的本分地去進(jìn)行相對繁瑣、枯燥的日常工作。
